Base Salary
$79k - $118k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own full-stack features from technical design and implementation through production deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Build front-end functionality with Next.js or React and a NestJS GraphQL integration layer.
- Develop back-end services using .NET/C#, NestJS, and GraphQL.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, analysts, and developers to shape the servicing experience.
- Contribute to architecture, tooling, and engineering best-practice decisions.
- Deploy and operate applications on AWS and Amazon EKS/Kubernetes through CI/CD pipelines.
- Use AI tools and agentic development workflows to improve development speed and software quality.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and support a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Participate in an on-call rotation when required, potentially including nights and weekends.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js or React and a NestJS GraphQL integration layer.
- Hands-on back-end development experience with .NET/C# and NestJS GraphQL.
- Experience deploying and operating applications on AWS and Amazon EKS/Kubernetes with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using AI code-generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ambiguity-management, and customer-empathy skills.
- A product mindset focused on user behavior, user experience, and business impact.
