Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor applications and troubleshoot complex issues in enterprise resource planning environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Object-Oriented Development.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Object-Oriented Development is required.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Ability to understand interdependencies among multiple system components.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and support methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
