Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture from business requirements through technical design, documentation, delivery, and lifecycle oversight.
- Design secure, scalable, maintainable enterprise architectures that integrate with existing platforms, systems, and data environments.
- Architect and implement AI, ML, and LLM prototypes, proofs of concept, and scalable business applications.
- Integrate AI capabilities with internal systems, data platforms, and business workflows while addressing model monitoring, versioning, drift detection, and LLMOps.
- Define architecture patterns and reusable components with Digital, Data, and AI teams.
- Align China-specific solutions with global architecture strategies, platform roadmaps, compliance requirements, and interoperability standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in software development, data engineering, or AI/ML solution delivery.
- Experience with major AI technology stacks such as Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Azure AI, and OpenAI API.
- Experience designing enterprise-grade AI solutions and managing end-to-end model lifecycles.
- Ability to evaluate AI business use cases and translate them into technical architectures.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, safety, compliance, risk controls, data readiness, data governance, metadata management, and AI/ML data integration patterns.
- Knowledge of cloud architectures, packaged SaaS implementation, system integration, cloud hosting, and contemporary enterprise design approaches.
- Experience with global AI platforms such as Azure AI and Azure OpenAI and China-compliant platforms such as Baidu, Alibaba Qwen, and Tencent.
- Strong English and Mandarin communication skills.
- Experience with WeChat or WeCom solutions is preferred.
- Architect experience with China-specific solution design and implementation in multinational digital transformation projects is preferred.
