Responsibilities

  • Monitor scheduled automation jobs and identify failed, terminated, or incomplete executions.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting, restart or recover automation jobs, and validate successful completion.
  • Create and track incidents and service requests, escalating issues requiring deeper investigation to L2 support.
  • Execute regression testing and support BAT/UAT, deployments, hypercare, and post-deployment validation.
  • Maintain PDDs, SDDs, runbooks, known-error records, and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Perform routine maintenance, minor configuration changes, and low-complexity automation enhancements.
  • Develop or modify basic Power Automate workflows and Power Apps components using SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, APIs, and connectors as required.
  • Support Power Automate Desktop and Blue Prism activities and identify recurring failures or automation stability improvements.
  • Participate in scheduled support rotations and communicate with business, application, and technical teams during incidents.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in RPA, automation development, application support, or software development.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and exposure to Power Apps, SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, programming or scripting, and relational databases.
  • Ability to interpret logs and troubleshoot routine automation failures using structured procedures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, prioritization, and independent-work skills.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow or another incident/change management platform is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
