Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and ship product features from conception to launch.
- Improve performance, reliability, and quality of key user experiences.
- Run experiments to drive activation, retention, and revenue.
- Build internal tools and platform improvements for engineering efficiency.
- Contribute to team norms, code quality, and a culture of learning.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 3 years of full-time engineering experience.
- Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Ability to approach problems holistically and navigate ambiguity.
- Proactive communication skills and high agency in driving projects.
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools for better results.
