Responsibilities
- Develop cutting-edge, scalable applications and resilient features supporting millions of endpoints and customers.
- Own technical aspects of features across design, development, operations, support, and maintenance.
- Design moderate to complex modules independently with solid code quality.
- Develop and debug C/C++ software on Linux/Unix platforms using GDB.
- Implement multithreading, thread synchronization, parallel processing, and inter-process communication.
- Apply data structures, algorithms, memory management, system design, coding standards, code reviews, source control, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and unit testing.
- Collaborate with peers and other teams to resolve technical questions and build consensus.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on C/C++ development experience on enterprise or consumer product lines running on Linux/Unix platforms.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or one of the listed equivalent programs: M.E./M.Tech, B.E./B.Tech, or MCA.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading, synchronization, parallel processing, IPC, and system design.
- Expertise debugging with GDB and independently designing moderate to complex modules.
- Experience with C/C++ coding standards and unit testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, learning, and collaboration skills.
- Desirable exposure to cybersecurity or security technologies, networking technologies, SSL/TLS, and cryptography.
