Base Salary
$137k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy full-stack applications aligned with business needs.
- Write maintainable front-end and back-end code and contribute directly to core project deliverables.
- Collaborate with product, operations, security, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive coding, testing, debugging, deployment, code review, and software delivery best practices.
- Improve the software development lifecycle through automation, modern engineering practices, and intelligent tooling.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy.
- Mentor and guide junior developers through pairing, code reviews, technical leadership, and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, performance, and reliability standards.
- Help manage project timelines and deliverables while remaining hands-on with technical execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of full-stack software development experience.
- Extensive hands-on full-stack development experience with modern front-end frameworks and back-end technologies.
- Strong proficiency with technologies such as Angular, React, Flutter, Dart, Java, Spring Framework, Oracle, MongoDB, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern software development lifecycle processes.
- Ability to contribute directly to code, troubleshoot issues, and deliver production-ready software in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools, automation, and engineering productivity practices.
- Finance domain experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, and execution skills.
