Responsibilities
- Design and code Java backend applications using a test-driven development approach.
- Maintain code quality through refactoring, testing, and clean code practices.
- Participate in all development phases from analysis to delivery.
- Deliver valuable business increments in each sprint.
- Translate high-level requirements into comprehensive technical designs.
- Improve the team’s ways of working.
- Support consumers of the team’s components.
Requirements
- A degree in software engineering, computer science, or telecommunications engineering.
- 1+/2+ years of experience with Java/J2EE.
- Experience developing RESTful web services.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design and programming is advantageous.
- Experience with test-driven development, behavior-driven development, and an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including Oracle.
- Good English proficiency, strong teamwork, and EU work permission.
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, iBatis, Maven, Git, Docker, or Jenkins is beneficial.
