Responsibilities
- Own feature delivery from scoping and design input through implementation and release.
- Build, test, and validate AI-integrated and LLM-powered functionality using appropriate evaluation practices.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to clarify ambiguous work.
- Maintain reliable systems through observability, quality, incident response, and production support.
- Use AI tooling to accelerate development and help detect, diagnose, and resolve issues.
- Support production releases and ensure systems remain deployment-ready and stable.
Requirements
- Senior-level software engineering experience is indicated by the role title.
- Sound engineering judgment and ability to deliver high-quality, well-tested software with minimal oversight.
- Ability to build and evaluate AI-integrated or LLM-powered features.
- Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design.
- Ability to support observability, incident response, production releases, and system reliability.
- Must be located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica.
- Must successfully complete a background check as a condition of employment.
