Responsibilities
- Improve team efficiency through initiatives, new technologies, and cross-knowledge training.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and make technology, infrastructure, and cost-impact decisions.
- Document and communicate infrastructure and design decisions to business and technical stakeholders.
- Support team growth by identifying skilled engineers.
- Use AI tools where appropriate to optimize drafting, analysis, research, or process automation and recommend effective applications.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of iOS development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
- Familiarity with data structures, system design, design patterns, API design, MVP or MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Published two or more iOS apps.
- Working knowledge of the mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in English and Spanish.
- A full-stack background and familiarity with cloud services, GraphQL, and Firebase are preferred.
- A BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject is preferred.
