Senior Technical Architect - German-Speaking
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Architect and review end-to-end, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions grounded in relevant industry processes and context.
- Serve as a strategic technical advisor and trusted customer partner.
- Own architectural decisions, technical design, best practices, technical risks, and their resolution throughout implementation.
- Guide implementation teams and present, defend, and refine solution designs for technical and executive audiences.
- Use AI tools and Agentforce across the delivery lifecycle and guide customers and teams on agentic and AI-first solutions.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, the consulting practice, and the community knowledge base.
- Build C-level relationships and mentor technical teams.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in technical or enterprise architecture.
- Proven experience designing and architecting solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Domain knowledge in at least one of healthcare, utilities, telecom, manufacturing/automotive, financial services, or high-tech and digital services.
- Strong technical architecture skills and fluency with AI tools and processes across scoping, design, and implementation.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when needed.
- Excellent communication, presentation, solution-oriented, and ownership skills.
- Experience with agentic-based solutions and Agentforce is a significant plus.
- Salesforce technical certifications, Agentforce-related certification, the Legend badge, and familiarity with the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework are preferred.
- Track record of building C-level relationships and mentoring technical teams is preferred.
