Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, testing, and implementing scalable and secure software components.
- Write, test, and debug code under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support troubleshooting efforts and optimize existing codebases.
- Research new technologies, tools, and software development practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software effectively across systems.
- Document work clearly and present findings or progress to the engineering team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Programming experience with at least one language such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or C++.
- Familiarity with common software development tools such as Git and CI/CD systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred: experience with React, Angular, or backend systems.
- Preferred: familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, IoT devices, robotics, or embedded platforms such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino, or ROS.
