Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-driven developer tools for the software development lifecycle.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to evaluate and optimize AI engineering tools.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to identify AI integration opportunities.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to design and code reviews.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in building and shipping production systems.
- Strong software engineering background with scalable backend system design.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and applied ML workflows.
- Experience integrating third-party AI models into real-world tools.
- Pragmatic approach to experimentation balancing innovation with reliability.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with developer ecosystems and productivity platforms is a plus.
