Responsibilities
- Participate in development projects for laboratory systems and other in-house IT solutions.
- Assist the project leader in creating, testing, and deploying new page templates.
- Handle the OTRS service management system and document tasks and system management activities.
- Develop or support IT solutions based on business needs and requirements.
- Optionally design online marketing materials for Multimedia-related students.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, or an equivalent field.
- Good IT skills and English-language proficiency.
- Good communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to learn quickly and work under minimal supervision.
