Responsibilities
- Perform rigorous end-to-end testing of game clients across operating systems and mobile devices.
- Provide QA sign-offs for production releases and identify functionality issues before launch.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test plans for game features and jurisdictional requirements.
- Review bugs and test cases, create QA documentation, and track issues in JIRA until resolution.
- Use debugging tools to reproduce, diagnose, and communicate issues to software development teams.
- Generate status and other reports for supervisors.
- Coach and share knowledge with junior QA team members.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5–8 years of professional software testing experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of computers and mobile devices, including troubleshooting web applications.
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies, procedures, and the product development lifecycle.
- Experience with the Atlassian Suite, including JIRA and add-ons.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, art, and other disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
- Casino slot gaming QA experience and mobile device testing experience are preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
