Base Salary
$282k - $415k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term AI architecture connecting strategy to platform roadmaps.
- Lead the integration of generative AI capabilities into the ML platform.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive architectural rigor.
- Unblock teams and provide guidance during technical challenges.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency of the AI platform.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in building and scaling distributed systems and ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in large scale training systems and high throughput inference.
- Hands-on experience with modern LLM systems and cost-efficient model serving.
- Experience in architecting agentic systems in production.
- Ability to translate AI strategy into executable platform architecture.
