Base Salary

$95k - $133k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications and services using software architecture patterns.
Implement robust AI systems and functionalities with attention to performance and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, including user interface and database layers.
Participate in and eventually lead technical design sessions for complex systems and interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and user requirements.
Continuously learn coding practices and emerging technologies in the AI ecosystem.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or similar work experience.
1–3 years of experience building and deploying production-level machine learning solutions or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of strong programming experience with Python, C++, C, C#, Java, Rust, Go, or a similar language.
Experience with web services and API frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI is preferred.
Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-based computing, particularly Azure, is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, prioritization, coding, presentation, and adaptability skills.

Hybrid full-time role requiring work from the OneStream office in Birmingham, MI; Fort Lauderdale, FL; New York, NY; or Chicago, IL.
