Base Salary
$190k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure GCP cloud infrastructure.
- Own and evolve the Kubernetes container orchestration platform and Terraform infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Build CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and deployment automation.
- Establish logging, metrics, alerting, and tracing across the technology stack.
- Define and track SLOs and SLIs, lead incident response, and drive reliability improvements.
- Contribute to cloud security hardening, compliance, and cost optimization.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
- Deep hands-on experience with GCP services such as Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud SQL, and Pub/Sub.
- Strong Kubernetes skills covering cluster management, networking, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Solid experience writing modular, reusable, production-grade Terraform infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
- Strong observability experience with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Must be based in the Eastern or Central time zones.
- Experience at a venture-backed startup is preferred.
- Experience using agents to accelerate delivery and managing infrastructure for FedRAMP environments are nice-to-have qualifications.
