Base Salary
$190k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Axion's cloud infrastructure on GCP.
- Own and evolve the Kubernetes-based container orchestration platform.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Establish and maintain observability across the tech stack.
- Define and track SLOs and SLIs for reliability and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to security hardening and compliance across the cloud environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
- Deep hands-on experience with GCP services.
- Strong proficiency with Kubernetes for cluster management and troubleshooting.
- Solid experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong background in observability tooling like Datadog or Prometheus.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience at a venture-backed startup preferred.
- Must be based in the Eastern or Central time zones.
