Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack features from concept through deployment.
- Contribute to technical design and architecture with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Write well-tested code, participate in peer reviews and pair programming, and improve engineering standards.
- Own features through production monitoring, issue diagnosis, and post-launch improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotation and troubleshoot platform health issues.
- Identify technical and process blockers, refactor high-value codebases, and collaborate with Business Analysts, Designers, product partners, and engineering teams.
- Mentor teammates and support individual growth.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Clear technical communication and documentation skills.
- Preferred experience with Python and ReactJS.
- Understanding of SQL, ORMs, and non-relational databases.
- Experience with microservices or a strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Ability to generalize features, work independently in complex codebases, and scale up on Python as needed.
- Ability to communicate technical needs and solutions clearly to product partners.
