Responsibilities
- Identify and implement changes required to support the Gateway and maintain availability.
- Provide customer-requested designs alongside the Program Manager.
- Work with the Solution Owner and Engineering Lead on daily tasks.
- Support SOC and third-line teams by troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Configure and support Gateway solutions.
- Travel weekly within the South and South West, including London, with limited notice.
Requirements
- Experienced-grade candidate with a design and development background.
- Experience configuring and supporting Gateways.
- Required knowledge of RHEL, Windows, vSphere, and SMTP.
- Ability and willingness to obtain high-level security clearance.
- Ability to travel weekly within the South and South West with limited notice.
- Preferred knowledge of cross-domain data loss prevention, VMware, shell scripting, regular expressions, Active Directory, DNS, standards such as RFC, XEP, and ISO, file/LDIF/chat schemas, XML, JSON, PKI certificates, firewalls, SYSLOG, CHAT, and XMPP.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
