Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the account team to provide ongoing technical support.
  • Define the technical success plan for each customer.
  • Ensure a successful technical customer journey from onboarding to adoption.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions aligned with customer goals.
  • Identify and eliminate technical frictions for smoother adoption.
  • Liaise between customers and support for optimized resolution experiences.
  • Deliver personalized solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Translate customer business needs into technical requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for subscription expansion.
  • Foster ongoing customer relationships to increase utilization of Elastic solutions.
  • Review customer consumption and suggest upgrades to enhance value.
  • Travel to customer sites as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in German is required.
  • Experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect or Technical Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong social skills to establish relationships with customers and team members.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a track record of innovative solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
