Base Salary
$228k - $279k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design agents that perform real actions, including prompts and reasoning chains.
- Reinvent the product development lifecycle to reduce manual friction with agentic workflows.
- Own the evaluation infrastructure, building pipelines and benchmarks for AI performance.
- Transform successful AI pilots into production-ready solutions.
- Create reusable libraries and templates for AI integration across teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-time software engineering experience, with 2 years in tooling or platform development.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration patterns and agent architectures.
- Proficiency in working across the software stack as needed.
- Experience with MCP, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with open source LLM models.
