Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Work directly with strategic ecosystem partners across model providers, agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, developer tools, ISVs, and AI infrastructure.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations across the AI and agent stack.
- Create reference implementations, example applications, SDK examples, retrieval pipelines, agent workflows, demos, templates, documentation, tutorials, and playbooks.
- Collaborate with partner engineering and product teams on integration design, technical tradeoffs, launch plans, and adoption goals.
- Support technical partner engagements from exploration through integration launch, developer adoption, and iteration.
- Translate partner feedback and ecosystem patterns into product and roadmap input.
- Support strategic launches and joint technical initiatives with Sales, Partnerships, Developer Relations, Product, and Engineering.
- Represent Tavily in partner reviews, workshops, developer communities, conferences, livestreams, and technical content.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience, ideally in a partner-facing, developer-facing, or customer-facing technical role.
- Strong hands-on engineering ability with Python, APIs, SDKs, backend systems, and developer-facing integrations.
- Strong familiarity with the AI ecosystem and modern agent stack.
- Experience building with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agent architectures, context engineering, and AI application frameworks.
- Experience with an agent or LLM orchestration framework such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or CrewAI.
- Strong product intuition and ability to design technically sound, developer-friendly integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across engineering, product, partner, and developer audiences.
- Ability to create technical documentation, tutorials, example applications, demos, and reference architectures.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Based in New York City or willing to relocate.
- Preferred experience includes working with model providers, agent framework teams, developer platforms, AI infrastructure companies, or technical partners.
- Preferred experience includes open-source contributions, SDKs, integrations, plugins, templates, framework adapters, developer conferences, workshops, technical content, or developer communities.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or Qdrant is a bonus.
- A track record of launching partner integrations or developer-facing technical initiatives that drove adoption is preferred.
