Responsibilities
- Perform custom development tasks and integrations with systems and devices.
- Configure implementation environments, update databases, manage upgrades and releases, and deliver solutions according to project specifications.
- Conduct data migration, reporting, data extraction, and analytics cube activities.
- Provide technical support and training at customer sites and with implementation partners.
- Develop technical documentation, training materials, and presentations.
- Lead and deliver technical results within defined project time frames.
Requirements
- Demonstrated facility with software development, programming, or applications and the ability to analyze complex data and develop software solutions.
- Knowledge of web-oriented languages including HTML and JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and database methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, customer interaction, and training skills.
- Ability to write technical documents and conduct customer workshops or training.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and potentially spend up to five days away from home each week.
- HL7 programming experience is desirable.
- Experience with InterSystems technology, healthcare systems, and Health Information Exchange standards and best practices is desirable.
- A university degree or equivalent work experience is desirable.
- Proficiency in English and one other language is desirable.
