$186k - $258k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for Capital Supply engineering and align it with business objectives.
- Guide the architectural evolution of systems shared across Capital Market engineering teams.
- Align complex technical requirements, designs, and trade-offs while influencing product direction.
- Evaluate, prototype, and roll out new technologies and frameworks.
- Partner with product leaders to shape direction and drive business impact across Capital Supply products.
- Lead major initiatives while mentoring and developing technical leaders.
- Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building and owning large-scale, highly available consumer products.
- Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Experience leading large cross-team initiatives at organizations undergoing rapid business or organizational growth.
- Track record of mentoring and developing technical leaders.
- Experience defining and executing multi-quarter technology visions or strategies for multi-team organizations is preferred.
- Preferred experience driving initiatives with significant depth or breadth and measurable results in engineering processes, technology platforms, or overall productivity.
- Preferred ability to identify organizational gaps in knowledge, tools, and practices and execute plans to address them.
- Preferred ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
- Strong product and analytical mindset focused on ROI, risk, and trade-offs is preferred.
