Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for Capital Supply engineering.
- Guide the architectural evolution of Capital Supply systems.
- Uncover and align complex technical requirements and designs.
- Evaluate, prototype, and roll out new technologies and frameworks.
- Partner with product leaders to shape product direction.
- Mentor and develop technical leaders.
- Identify and prioritize high leverage opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong technical fundamentals with experience in large-scale consumer products.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience leading cross-team initiatives during rapid growth.
- Proven track record of mentoring technical leaders.
- Preferred: Experience defining long-term technological visions for multi-team organizations.
- Preferred: Ability to identify and address gaps in organizational knowledge and practices.
