Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Create novel, inspectable, and transparent interfaces for GenAI agents managing complex workflows.
- Partner with product management, design, and engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible solutions.
- Lead by example through hands-on full-stack software development of dynamic, user-centric experiences.
- Develop onboarding and sharing capabilities that support product-led growth.
- Help define the future of agentic applications through cross-functional collaboration.
- Establish best practices for building valuable AI products across the team and Databricks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Product mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into MVPs and iterate using data and user feedback.
- Ability to build trustworthy, intuitive AI features and operate with high ownership in 0-to-1 environments.
- Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and design teams.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, VueJs, or Ember.
- 10+ years of experience with server-side web technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, or Go.
- Proven experience building and shipping end-to-end generative AI products, ideally with significant UI/UX involvement.
- Experience connecting abstract modeling and analysis tasks with business value through deep product and business knowledge.
