Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions and identify customer challenges and opportunities for Postman.
- Build relationships with technical leaders and decision-makers and advise customers on API lifecycle best practices.
- Define success criteria and create tailored proofs of concept, demos, workshops, and hands-on sessions.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align account plans and execution.
- Maintain knowledge of Postman, the API ecosystem, and trends including AI in API design, DevOps, and API security.
- Share customer insights with Product and Engineering teams to influence product roadmaps and customer experience.
- Represent Postman at industry events, conferences, and webinars and create technical blogs, demos, and tutorials.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or related roles.
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Expertise in one or more of REST and GraphQL APIs, API lifecycle management tools, CI/CD and automation, cloud platforms, or modern software development practices.
- Strong English communication skills and comfort delivering customer-facing presentations.
- Ability to travel up to 25% across the EMEA region, with occasional global travel for company events.
