Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Maintain and configure Kronos modules, including accruals and timekeeper.
- Support functional testing, integration testing, UAT, test automation, and manual testing for the UKG platform.
- Assist customers with testing, solution understanding, and system handover.
- Perform migration from WFC to Pro WFM using Navigator, Paragon Transfer Manager, and Data Migration Tool.
- Configure Data Hub pipelines and wrappers, define Dimensions mappings, and validate reporting data.
- Design, modify, publish, and create custom reports using BIRT Report Studio and computed columns.
- Use the Data Dictionary and manage Data Hub activities including importing and exporting data.
- Mentor junior members and collaborate effectively with coworkers and customers.
- Work rotational shifts including Shift A, B, and C.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- Four to five years of experience in the Pro WFM domain is stated as required.
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, Pro WFM, Kronos modules, and migration from WFC to Pro WFM.
- Experience with Navigator, Paragon Transfer Manager, Data Migration Tool, and Desktop reports.
- Knowledge of Dimensions Data Hub, pipelines, wrappers, mappings, role-level security, reporting validation, and the Data Dictionary.
- Experience creating and modifying standard and custom reports in BIRT Report Studio, including computed columns.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, independent-working, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
