Base Salary
$124k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, implement, verify, and optimize GPU hardware, drivers, features, applications, and tools.
- Write and optimize cross-platform code for graphics features, drivers, and APIs using languages such as C, C++, Perl, and Python.
- Maintain pre- and post-silicon tests using simulation, emulation, and on-device environments to verify performance and identify issues.
- Identify design deficiencies and collaborate with team members to develop improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement and customize new features and functionality.
- Write detailed design documentation and feature descriptions for developers and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of related experience, or a master's degree and 1+ year of related experience, or a PhD in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of academic or work experience with one or more graphics-suitable programming languages, such as C++ or C.
- Preferred: master's degree in a relevant field.
- Preferred: 2+ years of relevant GPU experience.
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience interacting with senior leadership at the director level or above.
