Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead Salesforce Architect and strategic technical advisor for the SMART platform.
- Determine requirements and conduct feasibility research for system and platform development or enhancement.
- Design, plan, integrate, test, implement, document, and enhance systems, platforms, software, hardware, and communications components.
- Manage Salesforce architecture, integrations, data, governance, security, performance, backup, recovery, and business continuity.
- Provide 24-hour on-call incident response, troubleshooting, recovery, and corrective measures for mission-critical services.
- Analyze, detect, identify, and correct system or platform issues while minimizing operational disruption.
- Coordinate with vendors, technical support hotlines, departments, and management to resolve technology problems.
- Demonstrate and train staff on new technology products and maintain procedures and troubleshooting documentation.
- Monitor daily system performance, communicate operational issues, and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical leadership, consultation, guidance, and potentially limited supervision to technology staff.
Requirements
- Associate degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a closely related field, or equivalent qualifying coursework of at least 60 semester or 90 quarter credits, including specified technology coursework.
- At least three years of experience analyzing, installing, configuring, enhancing, and/or maintaining system or platform components.
- Experience managing Salesforce data, including knowledge of SOQL or SQL.
- At least six months of exposure to Salesforce Gov Cloud, APEX, and data loading.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certification and Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with middleware, ESB, or API gateways such as MuleSoft or Apigee.
- Preferred qualifications include Agile or Scrum certification, ITIL or service management knowledge, at least seven years of verifiable senior-level Salesforce implementation experience, and at least two years of verifiable supervisory experience.
- Applicants must exercise independent judgment, solve complex system problems, communicate effectively, and collaborate with technical professionals, vendors, managers, and departments.
