Base Salary

$200k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and evolve core frontend and backend platform architecture.
Build reusable fullstack systems, libraries, and services used across multiple product teams.
Lead technical initiatives that improve performance, reliability, and developer velocity.
Drive cross-team architectural alignment and reduce system complexity.
Establish best practices around testing, observability, scalability, and maintainability.
Contribute to experimentation-ready infrastructure and feature enablement tooling.
Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the organization.
Influence long-term platform strategy while remaining hands-on in implementation.

6–10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong experience building modern fullstack applications (React, JavaScript/TypeScript + backend technologies such as C#, Java, Python, or similar).
Experience designing scalable frontend or platform-level architectures.
Deep understanding of performance optimization, system design, and distributed service interactions.
Proven track record of leading complex initiatives from concept through production.
Experience supporting multiple teams through shared platforms or reusable systems.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
