Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise and solution architectures for new deals, RFPs, and major change requests.
- Define current-state and target-state solutions, reusable patterns, investment roadmaps, and integration approaches.
- Provide technical leadership, design assurance, documentation, risk mitigation, root-cause analysis, and delivery support.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, project, delivery, IT, and client teams to reconcile requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Present solution designs to clients, support pre-sales, negotiate requirements, and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Develop frameworks, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and architectural points of view.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture-practice hiring and selection activities.
- Hire, onboard, train, manage performance, support career progression, and drive engagement and diversity for the team.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience is required.
- Mandatory experience in Oracle Fusion HCM techno-functional work.
- Ability to create scalable, reliable, manageable enterprise architectures and provide solution design leadership.
- Experience with client engagement, pre-sales, RFP solutioning, technical documentation, risk management, and delivery enablement.
- Ability to lead teams, mentor technical staff, manage performance, and build stakeholder relationships.
- Completion of relevant training and certifications and participation in thought leadership activities are expected.
