Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain web applications for external customers.
Create and maintain internal tools for various teams including hardware and operations.
Rapidly prototype and iterate on new tools in collaboration with stakeholders.
Architect and deliver full-stack solutions with a focus on usability and security.
Evaluate third-party and open-source solutions for build vs. buy decisions.
Establish best practices for internal tooling, including code quality and security.

7+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on full-stack web development.
Proficiency in building user-facing products and internal applications.
Experience working from zero-to-one on early-stage products.
Strong understanding of security principles for protecting sensitive data.
Familiarity with a broad range of modern front-end and back-end frameworks.
Experience building internal tools for multidisciplinary teams is a plus.
Track record of selecting and integrating third-party or open-source solutions is a plus.
Strong design instincts and experience collaborating with designers is a plus.
Familiarity with infrastructure and deployment for internal systems is a plus.
Experience balancing speed with security and reliability in production environments is a plus.
