Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data solutions supporting Employer Benefits actuarial pricing, reserving, reporting, and critical business processes.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for insurance processing, actuarial analysis, and reporting.
- Evaluate, prototype, and operationalize Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP-based integrations, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Discover, reconcile, integrate, and optimize data from diverse sources while supporting data quality and reconciliation processes.
- Work directly with actuarial customers to understand needs, resolve time-sensitive issues, and plan strategic solutions for future releases.
- Create technical specifications and designs and contribute across developer, business analyst, architect, and project lead responsibilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and collaborate across onshore and offshore teams.
- Use GitHub for version control, documentation, code collaboration, and technical project management.
- Research and champion modern data technologies, frameworks, and cloud migration best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of applicable work experience.
- At least 7 years of experience with ETL, data analysis, or data warehouse technologies.
- Required experience with Snowflake, Informatica IDMC, Informatica, and Oracle.
- Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools, Snowflake Cortex, Agentic AI capabilities, Generative AI platforms, MCP, cloud-based AI services, and intelligent automation frameworks.
- Experience building AI-powered self-service analytics, intelligent data catalogs, automated reconciliation frameworks, or knowledge management solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, Autosys, and SQL.
- Strong data warehouse, data analysis, data quality, and reconciliation expertise; insurance-domain experience is preferred.
- Strong experience with Python, R, APIs, automation frameworks, AI-driven applications, and cloud-native data services.
- Experience migrating on-premises data pipelines to the cloud and modernizing them for cloud capabilities.
- Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based data solutions is preferred.
- Experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
- Strong customer communication, analytical, problem-solving, technical leadership, and mentoring abilities.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship; the company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement.

- Hybrid or remote work schedule; employees near a company location are expected to work in the office three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday, while others may come in as business needs arise.
- The total compensation package may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
- Annualized base pay range of $117,200 to $175,800.
