Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain core logging, database, networking, and monitoring infrastructure.
- Implement monitoring for automated system health checks and maintain troubleshooting documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tools, systems, and data security.
- Participate in daily scrum standups and engage in pair programming.
- Support infrastructure design, architecture, and implementation.
- Participate in on-call rotation for infrastructure-related systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Linux debugging, networking, and load balancing.
- Experience managing infrastructure configuration through code on public cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code principles and automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
- Experience with RDBMS, especially PostgreSQL, and understanding of SQL performance.
- Hands-on experience with metric collection and alerting services.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
