Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities with stakeholders.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable UiPath automation solutions using REFramework, exception handling, transactional processing, and queue-based architecture.
- Develop reusable components, custom activities, and automation libraries.
- Integrate automations with ServiceNow, ERP platforms, APIs, and other enterprise applications.
- Apply generative AI, large language models, intelligent document processing, and conversational automation capabilities.
- Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing and monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and support deployed automations.
- Create and maintain process design documents, solution design documents, test plans, deployment guides, and support documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.
- UiPath Advanced Developer or UiPath Professional Developer Certification is required.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience delivering UiPath automation solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Successful deployment of 20+ production-grade automations with measurable business impact.
- Strong expertise in UiPath REFramework, advanced automation patterns, exception handling, and queue-based processing.
- Experience integrating automations with ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle Fusion, or similar enterprise systems.
- Understanding of Document Understanding, AI Center, API integrations, and secure credential management.
- Experience with Git and automation deployment pipelines following DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and clear documentation.
- Preferred: Snowflake experience, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar process improvement expertise, and exposure to UiPath Insights, Maestro, Agile delivery, Scrum Master, PMP, or Prince2 certifications.
