Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI and machine learning solutions.
- Build scalable AI applications, APIs, chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent automation tools using generative AI and large language models.
- Collect, clean, and prepare data; develop, train, evaluate, optimize, monitor, and retrain machine learning models.
- Implement MLOps practices for model deployment and lifecycle management.
- Develop backend services, integrations, and APIs supporting AI applications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and participate in code reviews and software development best practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and platforms and contribute to proof-of-concepts and pilot projects.
- Translate business challenges into technical AI solutions and present recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure AI solutions meet data privacy, security, regulatory, ethical, governance, and risk-management requirements.
- Document models, development processes, and technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience developing AI or machine learning solutions.
- Strong Python programming skills and knowledge of JavaScript, C#, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar AI/ML libraries.
- Experience with large language models, generative AI, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation frameworks.
- Experience with SQL and database technologies.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience deploying AI applications into production and developing and integrating APIs.
- Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, cloud technologies, or data science are advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, collaboration, communication, adaptability, continuous-learning, accountability, and ownership skills.
