Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with technical expertise and F5 product knowledge for enterprise accounts and new business.
- Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging, positioning, value propositions, and solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
- Provide solution designs, sales presentations, demonstrations, whiteboarding sessions, and proofs of concept through in-person and virtual channels.
- Assess opportunity viability, map organizational structures, and identify technical decision-makers for technical validation and sponsorship.
- Drive the sales process in partnership with Account Managers and provide customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal technical and sales resources and share relevant expertise and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of related industry experience.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of data centers, virtualization, and cloud computing environments.
- Experience with service provider mobile network architectures and protocols, especially those defined by 3GPP.
- Knowledge of service provider IP/MPLS network infrastructures and SDWAN technologies.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, SCM tools, and container orchestration solutions such as Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Experience with the RFx process.
- Knowledge of L3–L7 network and application security.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with F5 technology or similar industry solution deployment is a plus.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
