Responsibilities
- Build and productionize large-scale machine learning models for sponsored search, retrieval, ranking, ad allocation, and user engagement modeling.
- Apply machine learning advances to improve ad relevance and buyer engagement.
- Train, deploy, monitor, debug, and iterate on production machine learning systems.
- Conduct A/B experiments to validate machine learning models and pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, ML engineers, analytics partners, and product engineering teams from design through delivery.
- Create maintainable, understandable, and testable code while considering the impact on end users.
Requirements
- Track record applying statistical and machine learning techniques to real-world problems.
- Expertise in at least one of natural language processing, information retrieval, search, recommendations, or deep learning.
- Experience with production machine learning systems in search, recommendation, or advertising.
- Ability to create requirements and lead work from design through delivery.
- Ability to write understandable, testable, and maintainable code.
