Base Salary
$142k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the response to all security events and incidents.
- Document incidents and create best practices as runbooks.
- Collaborate with teams to address challenges from threat actors.
- Drive improvements in security and reliability from incidents.
- Participate in on-call rotation and conduct post-incident analyses.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal customers.
- Mentor and support team members for career development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in security incident response in a production-cloud environment.
- Expertise in security issues and technologies.
- Ability to utilize AI for security incident response.
- Advanced knowledge of service-oriented architectures.
- Experience with SIEM platforms and SOAR tools.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other large cloud platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and build effective relationships across the organization.
