Responsibilities
- Lead the design and planning of the company's microservice governance system.
- Implement adaptive governance algorithms for service management.
- Research and optimize mainstream RPC frameworks and core middleware.
- Build resilience-oriented architectures using chaos engineering principles.
- Provide expert guidance on microservice architecture and performance planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of R&D experience in middleware or distributed systems.
- Proficient in Java or Golang with experience in performance optimization.
- Knowledge of microservice governance principles and algorithms.
- Experience with mainstream RPC frameworks and service governance frameworks.
- Rich architectural design experience in middleware.
- Proven experience in adaptive algorithms and chaos engineering is preferred.
