Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-grade AI products end-to-end.
- Work closely with partners to understand problems and iterate on solutions.
- Lead technical scoping workshops with city leaders.
- Contribute to intelligent tooling involving data consolidation and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations teams to identify AI opportunities.
- Write clean, scalable backend code and design APIs.
- Help shape the technical culture of AI Labs.
- Stay updated on AI development and introduce new ideas.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and shipping AI-powered products.
- Deep expertise in the AI/ML stack, including LLMs and predictive modeling.
- Strong backend engineering skills with experience in designing scalable APIs.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable working directly with users and traveling for on-site collaboration.
