Base Salary

$101k - $161k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle execution across deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success for strategic accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for customer outcomes and operational success.
  • Assess customer workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Help customers redesign workflows through technology and automation.
  • Support multi-product program delivery across various solutions.
  • Design and build AI-enabled workflow solutions.
  • Provide onsite technical troubleshooting and coordinate root-cause resolution.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities across the Axon ecosystem.
  • Build trusted relationships with agency leadership and operational stakeholders.
  • Capture customer insights and share field intelligence with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen adoption and expand customer value.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployment environments (typically 8+ years).
  • Former law enforcement or military experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven drive to help mission-critical organizations adopt new technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build working automations, integrations, or technical solutions.
  • Comfort working across technical and operational domains.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand technical systems and their operational environments.
  • Thoughtful problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Ability to work independently with a full ownership mentality.
