Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative AI-driven software solutions for complex business challenges.
- Deliver production generative-AI solutions such as chatbots, summarizers, and code assistants.
- Deploy or fine-tune AI models using Azure or AWS AI platforms.
- Implement RAG patterns, vector database solutions, model evaluation, agent workflows, and multimodal LLM use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as part of Datacom’s Digital Engineering team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with Python and TypeScript preferred, plus production ML/AI experience.
- Demonstrated delivery of at least one generative-AI solution in production.
- Deep familiarity with transformers and orchestration stacks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Practical experience deploying or fine-tuning models on Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or SageMaker.
- Hands-on experience with RAG patterns, vector databases, and evaluation metrics including BLEU, ROUGE-L, and GPTScore.
- Cloud-native engineering experience with Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with AutoGen, CrewAI, tool-using agents, multimodal workflows, embedding models, advanced RAG variants, vector stores, streaming LLMs, and cross-modal embeddings.
