Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, maintain, and optimize software components across systems and applications.
- Administer Oracle databases, including security, user access, data integrity, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and use scripting and automation to streamline database management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into software solutions.
- Document development processes and solutions and support knowledge sharing.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.
- Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration, including database architecture, backup and recovery, performance tuning, security, user access, and data integrity.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for database management.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with Exadata Administration is preferred.
