Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their problems, needs, and goals.
- Lead requirements gathering, configuration, knowledge transfer, solution testing, and production rollout.
- Design and configure applications on the Five9 platform for unique customer requirements.
- Provide configuration advice and problem resolution on Five9 products.
- Conduct consulting engagements and lead technical sessions.
- Handle pre-sales Statement of Work requests from creation to design document handoff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Professional Services Implementation and configuration in a Cloud computing or telephony environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of hosted solutions (SaaS), VoIP, IVR, and Call Center practices.
- Familiarity with Digital Engagement channels such as Email, Chat, and SMS.
