Base Salary
$53k - $108k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack applications and end-to-end software solutions from vision through production readiness.
- Identify system improvements and consider current architecture, operating environments, and future enhancements.
- Use version control and build applications using Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and support client needs.
- Create technical documentation and learn skills beyond software development.
Requirements
- Experience using version control software such as GitLab or GitHub.
- Experience building applications in Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Ability to solve complex problems in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Ability to work onsite and communicate effectively.
- Ability to create technical documentation and learn skills outside software development.
- Scheduled to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering by Summer 2028.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Experience working with or in the DOW and knowledge of model and simulation technologies are preferred.
