Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across ServiceNow applications.
- Test ServiceNow GRC workflows, controls, and business processes.
- Test ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB.
- Support testing and validation during ServiceNow platform upgrades and releases.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios and document results.
- Validate REST and SOAP API integrations and support API automation testing.
- Identify, track, manage, and close defects through their lifecycle.
- Provide testing status updates, metrics, and reports to stakeholders.
- Contribute to improvements in testing processes, frameworks, and quality assurance practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow testing and automation.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and ServiceNow GRC testing.
- Experience with end-to-end testing, software testing life cycle practices, test management, and defect management.
- Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, including API testing and automation.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB.
- Experience with Cypress, TestComplete, or Robot Framework is preferred.
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is mandatory.
- Automated Test Framework (ATF) Micro-Certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
