Base Salary
$143k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation in AI and strategic technologies, identify or create useful internal tools, and share engineering best practices.
- Improve platform resiliency, security, availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, performance, monitoring, and operations at scale.
- Partner with customers, CxOs, engineering teams, product teams, project managers, and technical leads to define requirements and prioritize strategic programs.
- Build and deploy solutions hands-on for customer projects and resolve production blockers.
- Establish feedback loops and metrics measuring customer value, usage patterns, and other actionable outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and six-plus years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and eight-plus years of technical engineering experience.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and twelve-plus years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
