Responsibilities
- Oversee EPM software development, technical design validation, architecture, coding standards, security, quality, and partner development estimates.
- Maintain and enhance EPM applications, including metadata, member lists, FX rates, business rules, calculation scripts, reports, dashboards, and validation checks.
- Monitor second- and third-level support, manage incidents and service requests, and coordinate resolution with business users, infrastructure teams, AM teams, and Oracle outsourcers.
- Maintain access and security configurations in accordance with audit and internal-control requirements.
- Support monthly maintenance, financial closing, year-end rollover, platform upgrades, ERP transformation, patching, backups, and application copies.
- Provide technical guidance on business requirements, architecture, system stability, maintainability, and strategic EPM initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience with Hyperion or related EPM products across financial planning and budgeting, Enterprise Data Management and Essbase, financial consolidation and closing, or EPM technical architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with EPM development, including business rules, calculation scripts, metadata management, and reporting.
- Experience supporting, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise EPM applications.
- Oracle EPM Cloud experience and experience with EPM upgrades, migrations, or transformation initiatives are desirable.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL principles.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder-management, communication, and technical-guidance skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
